I’m thirteen and this will be my 3rd period.
I’m going to be on vacation camping with my dad.
We will be going out on a boat all day for some of the days, and I really don’t know how to deal with it on a boat as I will be swimming and going watersporting, there isnt really anywhere to change a tampon…
another problem is that as you dont know what time of day your period starts i might actually be ON the boat when it starts with no tampon inserted + will still be expected to go swimming.. not swimming is not really an option..
Also, where we are staying has a sceptic tank system so you cant flush tampons, should i just put them in the trash, also can you just put pads in the trash?
We also will be going trampolining, can i go on my period?
- does your period stop in water? how long after being in the water does it start again?
i need urgent help im really worried ![]()

Will you help me organize my vacation supplies?
I am having a problem figuring out what to bring on vacation. I am going with another person from Florida To Maine! It’ll take us 2 1/2 days to get there ( we are driving) and we are visiting friends for the first week and going on a canoe/camping trip for the second week. Then the trip home which is 2 1/2 days again! I need help organizing what I should bring for the trip like, food and other necessities…and then what I should bring for the two weeks there such as certain clothing and other items! Every time I go on vacation I either bring too much, or bring too little! Is there anyone with some AMAZING organizational skills that can help me with this situation? Thank you very much!
