Tell me why this is impossible to do. Who if anyone (with any significant power) would oppose me or even care?

BTW: Teekno… first world politicians are not too turned off by drugs and protitution..if thery were how would you explain: Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Columbia, Panama etc. And we would not export.. so we would not endnager other countries.
