Is it wrong for me to go on a mini vacation alone?
I have been married for thirteen years and have two younger children. My husband has been away on over night camping trips many times over this period and I have never once had the opportunity to spend some time away.
Is it wrong for me to leave my husband and kids for a 3 or 4 day trip to visit a friend?
No its not wrong at all. A women should take some time off and relax a bit. If you feel like you need some time, then so be it. H ve a nice time

Absolutely not.
I don’t think there’s anything wrong with you wanting to go away for a few days alone especially if you have a couple of young kids. Sometimes time apart is healthy for a relationship. My partner goes away with his mates once or twice a year and I also do the same with my sister and it always works out well. It gives us both a chance to do what we want to do and also a chance to miss each other which never happens if you never spend time apart.
You should totally do that. And if your hubby doesn’t understand then he’s being a jerk.
