Here a re a few suggestions:
You could try shish-ka-bobs(sp?) with your choice of meats (marinated) and fresh veggies, also skillet (dutch oven) potatoes. Sliced potatoes with onions,a little milk or cream of mushroom soup, cheddar cheese and bacon. You can serve it with a touch of sour cream. Homemade biscuits or fruit cobbler in a dutch oven is fun and delicious, Beef stew with left over meats and veggies, a good spicy chili, and last but not least... pizza on the grill! Take some ready made pizza dough and stretch out medium size pizza crust..place on grill till brown on both sides..remove add sauce, cheese and meats- return to grill till cheese is melted. Eat and enjoy. Have fun camping!

CAMPFIRE SKILLET BREAKFAST
    * 1/2 pound sliced bacon
    * 4 cups potatoes, peeled and cubed
    * 1/2 onion, chopped (optional)
    * 6 eggs, beaten
    * 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

DIRECTIONS:

   1. Cook bacon to desired doneness in a cast iron skillet over the slow burning coals of a campfire. Remove bacon from the skillet and set aside. Stir the potatoes and onion into the hot bacon fat. Cover, and cook until the potatoes are soft, about 10 to 12 minutes.
   2. Crumble the bacon into the potatoes. Stir in the eggs, cover, and cook until set through, about 2 minutes. Sprinkle with the cheese, and allow to melt before serving
